With more than four decades of experience spanning the real estate, industrial, and capital markets sectors, he has built a distinguished career in business management, strategic planning, and investment activities. He previously served as Managing Partner of Ripasa Papel & Celulose, where he played a significant role in management and business development.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate specialization in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP).
Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of CIX Capital. He leads the firm’s operations and serves on the Strategic, Management, Investment, Compliance, and Risk Committees. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of MAIZ Group.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across the financial and capital markets industries. Prior to joining CIX Capital, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Banco Pine S.A., as Head of Real Estate Structuring at Mauá Capital, and as an Associate at Prosperitas Investimentos, building extensive experience in investment management, corporate finance, capital markets, and real estate investments.
He holds a degree in Production Engineering from FEI, a postgraduate specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), and a Master’s degree in Finance from Birkbeck, University of London.

He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of MAIZ Group and as Managing Partner of Zogbi Retail Stores, where he developed extensive expertise in business management, strategic planning, and retail operations.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP) and has completed postgraduate specializations in Marketing and Finance from the same institution.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in the financial sector, with a particular focus on credit origination and lending. Prior to co-founding CIX Capital, he served as Managing Partner of Banco Zogbi, where he played a key role in the institution’s growth and in the expansion of its credit operations, particularly within the automotive financing segment, helping establish the bank as one of the leading lenders in the industry.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mackenzie School of Engineering and a postgraduate specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP).
Head of Onshore and Offshore Portfolio Management & Business Development at CIX Capital, where he joined in 2021.
Prior to joining CIX Capital, he was a founding partner of Hoa Asset Management, where he managed third-party investment portfolios for over seven years. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Itaú Unibanco, developing expertise in asset management, portfolio construction, and investment strategies.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate specialization in Financial Markets from Saint Paul Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder, holds the CGA and CGE certifications issued by ANBIMA, and is a portfolio manager licensed by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
Offshore Portfolio Manager at CIX Capital, where he has been a member of the team since 2018.
Prior to assuming his current role, he was part of CIX Capital’s investment analysis and structuring team. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Itaú BBA and Itaú Unibanco, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and began his professional journey as a trainee at Banco Intercap.
He holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a specialization in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking from FIA Business School. He also holds the CFP® designation awarded by Planejar, the CNPI certification from Apimec, and the CGE certification from ANBIMA.
Onshore Portfolio Manager at CIX Capital, where he joined in 2024.
Prior to joining CIX Capital, he worked at Urca Capital Partners, focusing on Real Estate Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). He began his professional career in 2017 as a Research & Development Engineer at Titan International, building a multidisciplinary background that combines engineering, strategic analysis, and investment management.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Technology. He also holds the CGA and CGE certifications issued by ANBIMA and is a portfolio manager licensed by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
Head of Investor Relations & Marketing at CIX Capital since 2025. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining CIX Capital, she served as an Associate Banker at Oikos Wealth Management and worked in Investor Relations at Parcitas Investimentos. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Opportunity Asset Management, ARX Investimentos, BNY Mellon, and HSBC CTVM. She began her career in 2005 at Geração Futuro CTVM, building extensive experience across investor relations, wealth management, asset management, and capital markets.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Ibmec Rio de Janeiro. She also holds the CPA-20 certification issued by ANBIMA, as well as certifications in Insurance and Pension Products from SUSEP.
Compliance & AML Manager at CIX Capital, where she joined in 2026.
Prior to joining CIX Capital, she worked as a legal and compliance consultant for companies in the financial sector. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Legal and Compliance at Alphatree Capital, as Legal Counsel at RioLivin, and as an attorney at leading law firms, including Villemor Amaral Advogados and Carmelo Nunes Advogados, building extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, anti-money laundering (AML), and legal advisory services.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Environment and Sustainability from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), as well as specializations in International Business and Law from Griffith College Dublin and in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from Damásio Educacional. She earned her law degree from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and holds a Data Protection Compliance Certification from LEC.

Prior to joining CIX Capital, she worked at Pacaembu Construtora from 2017 to 2022, gaining experience in business operations and the real estate sector.
She holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidade Paulista and completed complementary studies in Accounting at SENAC in 2023. She also holds the CPA-20 certification issued by ANBIMA.
Operations Associate at CIX Capital, where he has been a member of the team since 2025.
Prior to joining CIX Capital, he worked in operations roles at Daemon Investimentos and Constância Investimentos, gaining experience in investment operations, process management, and fund administration.
He holds a degree in Mathematics from Fluminense Federal University (UFF), with a specialization in Computational Mathematics, and a technical certification in Electronics from UNESP.

Prior to joining CIX Capital, he completed internships at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and at Exsen Atende Ltda., gaining experience in analytical and operational environments.
He is currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics Education at the University of São Paulo (USP).
