We assure you that your data will be stored solely for the stated purpose and will be securely deleted after a period of 24 months. This document is intended to record the free, informed, and unequivocal consent of the Candidate to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose, in accordance with Law No. 13,709 – the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
You are registering in CIX Capital’s candidate database for recruitment and selection processes.
We use your data for specific purposes, including:
- Sending invitations to participate in recruitment and selection processes conducted by CIX Capital, which, depending on the Candidate’s profile, may include apprentice, internship, trainee, full-time employment under the Brazilian CLT regime, or independent service provider positions;
- Conducting selection process(es) for the position(s) for which the professional has applied;
- Sending invitations to participate in career- and market-related surveys and events, which the Candidate may choose whether or not to participate in;
- Sending the Candidate notifications about new job openings;
- Responding to comments, questions, and requests submitted by the Candidate and by the hiring managers responsible for the position;
- Processing data required to authorize access to company premises, in cases involving in-person interviews;
- Administering psychological assessments in physical and/or online formats. Personal information may be requested through online platforms and on physical test answer sheets;
- If the Candidate is approved and accepts the offer, transferring their data to the Human Resources Department for the employee onboarding process.
- CIX Capital is authorized to make decisions regarding and process the following personal data:
- Full name;
- Date of birth;
- Number and image of the Identity Card (RG);
- Number and image of the Individual Taxpayer Registration Number (CPF);
- Number and image of the National Driver’s License (CNH);
- Parentage information;
- 3×4 cm identification photograph;
- Marital status;
- Education level or academic qualifications;
- Full address;
- Telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, and email addresses;
- Verbal and written communications between the Candidate and CIX Capital.
