The CIX COFE US Properties Fund was launched in 2016 with the objective of making real estate investments in the U.S., with a particular focus on South Florida.
The target properties were industrial and commercial assets whose values were significantly below their replacement cost. Our management expertise enabled the fund to generate additional value, providing quarterly income distributions to investors.
Of the four properties acquired, we have already sold two, delivering significant returns to investors ahead of the projected timeline.
